The militants’ war on our children and their attempt to sexualise them has been going on for many decades now. Sexual perverts like Alfred Kinsey of course led the way here, claiming children are sexual beings from birth. He and his cronies even conducted diabolical experiments on babies and toddlers to “prove” their claims. One simply has to be aware of one chart from his book on human sexuality to see how demonic this guy was.

In response to those dangerous extremists who believe that a woman’s testimony against a man is ipso facto an unquestionable first principle in ethics; to the irrational mob who would stampede over the presumption of innocence, due procedure and the rule of law; to those rabid revolutionaries who would gladly dehumanise a man on the basis of his gender, political persuasion, “privilege” or class, and then destroy him—the logical outcome of which attitude is the return of the guillotine for conservatives (I would not be surprised if this is their unspoken fantasy)—and finally, to all those “intellectuals”, such as Martha Nussbaum, who in their desire for recognition by other chattering academics have steeped so low as to come to the defence of these mobsters: these words are for you.

Great thinkers and writers often think and write about many great things – and a great many things. The noted Christian apologist and academic C. S. Lewis was one such person. Although he had his area of specialisation – English literature – he was conversant in, and wrote about, a myriad of subjects. Thus he could write about theology, he could pen children’s stories, he could engage in the debates of the day, and he could deal with many of the great thinkers both past and present. He also wrote on philosophical, historical and political themes.

This article is based on a talk I recently gave to a group of Catholic students in Melbourne. Readers will note that, while pro-life apologetics is important, our spiritual basis must first be very firm before we engage in any form of activism. We must be very certain that God wants us to serve Him in pro-life activism and also be sure of the guiding principles we need to use in this work.

The discrimination industry seems to dwell in a fantasy world we could simply refer to as “Alt Reality”. In this fantasy world, equal positive outcomes for females or blacks is a sign of progress, but equal negative outcomes is a sign of sexism or racism. Facts are entirely irrelevant to the narrative that white men are always powerful and privileged and therefore always the oppressors of people who are not white or male.

As our civilisation sinks we need to look at who is dragging it down and what 'circumstances' drive us down. Try a mirror for a start and see what you can tell of yourself. It is not as though the examples and proofs, of the 'Them' out there and the Us in here are hidden. We just need to look.

Take Mrs May, for example. The UK cannot really have any pride in their 'leader' as she is sheer evil.

Judith Butler and other queer theorists have created a frightening culture of vulnerable, sexually-confused young people. While trans academics sip their soy lattes and jet around the world, being lauded for spouting their fashionable gobbledygook, emotionally-wounded children take their crazy ideas onboard and run with them. We've all heard more than we ever care to about child grooming and abuses occurring in our institutions. The crimes in and around Rotherham, for example, are well-documented, and cause us to shake our heads in dismay. Our hands are clenched - if we're human beings - at the injustice and inaction of those who are charged with keeping children safe. This surely causes us to wonder exactly how serious our political elites and judiciary are about protecting children. While authors such as sociologist Gabrielle Kuby, Dr. David van Gend, and Jonathon van Maren expose sinister ideologies behind the global ascension of gender revisionists, it is cause for wonder why so many people continue to elect vastly inappropriate politicians or keep their children in harmful school environments.

Militant trans activism is so bizarre, so idiotic, and so completely illusory that it must eventually collapse under its own weight. It seeks to defy everything, including biology, DNA, truth and reality itself. Eventually such lunacy and delusion must self-destruct – either that or it is the end of civilisation as we know it. And we can help this moonbeam movement to implode by playing its own game and using it against them. If they want to revel in irrationality, fantasy and moral and mental myopia, let’s just take what they offer and take it to its logical conclusion.

Long ago Winston Churchill rightly warned, “Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.” We have now had a century of socialism and we know he was absolutely right. Two of the main players were sister and brother, Sophie and Hans Scholl. Their stories are now engraved in history, and they have inspired millions along the way. Robert and Magdalena Scholl had six children, including Sophie and Hans. They were raised as Lutherans and a Bible in the home was there to be read and studied. Her mother was the more religious of the parents, and her father early on came to oppose the Nazis. As the Nazis came to power, all the Scholl children at first became keen supporters of the Nazis, and some even joined the Hitler Youth, much to their father’s horror. But they soon grew very uneasy with what was happening in their country as they began to see what was really going on.

Debbie Garratt has had many years of involvement in counselling women and has observed, first-hand, similarities in the grief experienced by both post-abortive women and women who lost their children to adoption. The Greens proposal for legalising recreational marijuana is an elaborate cover created to simply raise more taxes and create greater welfare dependency. They argue that valuable cost savings will flow in diverting police time from pursuing marijuana-related crimes – locking up drug users and dealers – because as everyone knows the “war on drugs” has failed. These alleged cost-savings are also bolstered with promises of added tax revenue from sales of legal marijuana. The Greens have found any ally with libertarian LDP Senator David Leijonhelm troubled about rising national debt and welfare costs. However, these calculations rely on key assumptions and deliberately focus on one side of the economic equation. First, that a sizeable bulk of drug dealing will disappear; second, recreational marijuana has limited downstream health-related costs. Factoring in these considerations provides the net economic and community benefit.

It is normally a good thing to keep children with their parents. But not all times are normal. When parents are abusing their children, it is usually best to separate them. When a parent commits a crime and is sent to prison, then they are separated from their children, whether we like it or not. That is usually how things go. But the left has found a new issue to make a stink about. And as usual, the leftists are awash in hypocrisy, double standards, and plenty of lies and falsehoods.

If he is killed while in prison, the powers that be can look the other way and just keep going on with business as usual. Within hours, Tommy was summoned before the judge. Tommy’s long-time lawyer was not informed of this. Rather, the court appointed a lawyer who didn’t know Tommy and wasn’t an expert in the specialized law of contempt of court. In a matter of minutes, Tommy was sent to prison — with a 13-month sentence. He is now in HM Prison Hull, a brutal facility near Leeds. A 13-month prison sentence for Tommy is tantamount to a death sentence — every Muslim criminal in prison will be trying to murder him. They’ve tried before. The only alternative is for Tommy to request to be put into solitary confinement — but no-one can live that way, locked up without any human contact for 23 hours a day. Commentator Bruce Bawer says this about the case:

-The swiftness with which injustice was meted out to Tommy Robinson is stunning. No, more than that: it is terrifying. -Without having access to his own lawyer, Robinson was summarily tried and sentenced to 13 months behind bars. He was then transported to Hull Prison. -Meanwhile, the judge who sentenced Robinson also ordered British media not to report on his case. Newspapers that had already posted reports of his arrest quickly took them down. All this happened on the same day. -In Britain, rapists enjoy the right to a full and fair trial, the right to the legal representation of their choice, the right to have sufficient time to prepare their cases, and the right to go home on bail between sessions of their trial. No such rights were offered, however, to Tommy Robinson.

He concludes:

For my part, I cannot for the life of me fathom why not a single prominent or powerful individual in all of the United Kingdom has come forward to challenge the mistreatment of Tommy Robinson – and thereby stand up for freedom of speech. What do you give a wealthy country for its birthday? A country that has everything: sunshine, beaches, forests, cities voted the 'Most Liveable in the World', abundant energy, fine healthy people, enterprise, enthusiasm. One might look forward to more of the same and perhaps even a small increase to share around with friends. What one does not want is someone taking it all away.

Should a Muslim woman who wears a face covering for religious reasons, be entitled to give evidence in court with her face covered? This important issue, which has been discussed in other common law jurisdictions, has now been considered in the NSW Court of Appeal, in Elzahed v State of New South Wales [2018] NSWCA 103 (18 May 2018). The Court concluded that no error had been shown in a ruling by a trial judge, that Ms Elzahad was not entitled to keep her face covered while testifying.

The activists and their supporters are always telling us to relax and ease up – they insist that what they want will have no impact on anyone else. They tell us that what they do in the privacy of their own bedrooms is not the business of anyone else. They say nothing will change when things like homosexual marriage are legalised. They accuse us of being alarmists and fear-mongers. They tell us to just shut up because they are entitled to do what they want, and we should just butt out since it will have no impact on us.

Abortion activists are at it again, attempting to introduce bubble-zones around New South Wales abortion facilities. As stated many times on this website, these so-called 'safe-access zones', also known as exclusion zones, are designed to stop advocates for life from offering assistance to desperate women who feel pressured to abort their children. They also hamper the freedom of political communication which should exist in a free society like Australia. Exclusion-zone law, very similar to that being proposed in New South Wales will be under the scrutiny of the High Court of Australia this year due to our legal challenge. Any politician who is realistic about the fiscal and time constraints that apply to our parliamentary system wouldn't dream of introducing legislation that has a constitutional cloud hanging over it.

There are older teachers around today that are as depressed about modern education as many of the Tavern's customers. Most ordinary punters, both dads and mums consumed with work, send their kids to what passes for schools, whether they like it or not, to have their little chaps and chapesses spend more time with a (very possibly) uneducated moron than they do with themselves. It is a bleak picture. Older folk remember many of their early years' teachers with affection and gratitude, but few kids today will have such pleasant memories.

In a Federation like Australia, different jurisdictions (States and Territories) may have different rules on what amounts to “discrimination” or “vilification”, and how those things interact with religious freedom. One of the pressing issues here in recent years has been whether there will be a “race to the bottom” in freedom of speech on religious issues, with one jurisdiction in particular, Tasmania, raising deep concerns with a very broad prohibition on causing “offence” related to matters such as sexual orientation. Today the High Court of Australia, on appeal from NSW, has affirmed the decision of the NSW Court of Appeal that State and Territory “tribunals” (non-judicial panels usually used in discrimination issues) have no jurisdiction to impose penalties on residents of other Australian jurisdictions under their own local laws.

The controversies over the so-called Safe Schools programs in Australia are simply a reflection of a much bigger war. For many decades now activists have sought to target our children especially through the school system. Various sex education programs and the like have been used to push radical sexual agendas. All this did not just happen. It has been promoted and pushed by sexual ideologies and ideologues who have been active since early last century. The sexual revolutionaries have been quite busy, and they helped pave the way for things like the contemporary Safe Schools programs.

The leftist mainstream news media fabricated a digital curtain around Manus Island and the successful offshore detention policy. The story they told was of cruel bullying of poor victims, violating the most basic human compassion. But what’s on the other side of that curated curtain?
